Delivery and Returns
Your shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking unless we deliver, and may be drop-off without a signature. If a third party delivery service is used, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Some deliveries may be delayed while we draw products from other warehouses to fulfill the order. In this case, you will be notified via email.
Shipping Fees
FIS
Pro DIY has a FIS policy for order over a value set with each business. Orders below this value will incur shipping fees.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Any shipping fees that may occurred will be calculated and applied during the checkout process.
Returns
- Customers have up to 30 days from the date you purchased to ask for a full refund or to exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
- A Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) must be requested.
- Pro DIY will arrange and pay for any shipping involved (with exceptions)
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
- Refunds are credited back to customers’ credit/debit card or bank account.
